100% Refund Guarantee (Within 3 Days)

If the fragrance isn’t what you expected, you can request a full refund within 3 days of delivery.
We accept products that are slightly used (up to 10%).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is from our side.

Change of Mind (Within 3 Days)

If you simply change your mind or don’t like the scent, you can return or exchange your order within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging (up to 10% usage allowed).

Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours at info@habeebi.store with:

• Your order number
• A photo or video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and all shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exchanges

You may exchange your product within 10 days.
If the new item has a price difference, the customer will simply pay the difference.
Return shipping charges apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Important Notes

• All returned products must be in original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
• Fragrances with more than 10% usage will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
