Extremely disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered one perfume, but instead of sending the product I paid for, they sent me a completely different perfume without informing me or taking my permission.
This is absolutely unacceptable. If the product I ordered was unavailable, the proper thing to do was to contact me and ask whether I wanted an alternative — not randomly send a different product and expect the customer to accept it.
And honestly, all the hype and TikTok promotions now feel completely misleading after this experience. The perfume they sent me is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the money at all. It feels like the whole marketing is just paid promotion and overhyped reviews.
I personally would NOT recommend this perfume or this seller to anyone. Please think twice before ordering and don't get influenced by TikTok promotions alone. Very poor experience, misleading marketing, and a complete waste of money. **I will definitely not be ordering from them again.**
